TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Srikara Greenlands is a reputable company that offers Tours and Travels, Holiday Tours Package Provider. Their terms and conditions are designed to protect both the company and the Customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process. Here are some key points to consider:

1. Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable initial deposit is required to confirm any tour or holiday package booking.The remaining balance is due and payable at least 30 days prior to the departure date of the trip.Failure to remit the full payment by the stipulated deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted to Srikara Greenlands in writing (email or letter) and are effective from the date of receipt.Cancellation fees are levied on a sliding scale: cancellations made 30 days or more before travel may forfeit only the deposit, while closer cancellations (e.g., within 7 days) may incur up to 100% of the total cost.Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15-20 working days after the final deduction of any applicable cancellation charges and bank fees.

3. Itinerary Changes and Price Adjustments:

Srikara Greenlands reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or travel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political issues, supplier non-availability).Any price increase due to governmental taxes, fuel cost fluctuations, or currency exchange rate changes may be passed on to the customer up to 20 days before departure.The company is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the traveler due to delays, cancellations, or damage caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).

4. Traveler Responsibility and Documentation:

The customer is solely responsible for possessing valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any necessary health or travel insurance required for the trip.Travelers must adhere to the check-in times and instructions provided by the company and its third-party operators throughout the duration of the tour.Srikara Greenlands acts as an agent and shall not be held responsible for the negligence, acts, or omissions of independent service providers or suppliers.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The booking and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of this agreement, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.By booking a tour with Srikara Greenlands, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
